After all looking at the likes of TOWIE’s Amy Childs and the publicity shy Jordan AKA Katie Price-Andre-Reid turns most intelligent women off having cosmetic surgery like breast enlargements or breast implants for fear of being labelled air heads.

While Z list celebs gain column issues from displaying a lack of underwear closely followed by straps over their nipples, a new trend is taking place where big surgically enhanced breasts are now being viewed as unattractive.

Even Posh spice exchanged her breast implants for smaller ones when she sought to be taken seriously by the fashion glitterati.

Who remembers the over inflated breast implants of Lolo Ferrari? First thought of as grotesque then the likes of Jodie Marsh made them…erm yeah grotesque.
