Details about Cavitation

Cavitation is a natural phenomenon based on low frequency ultrasound. the ultrasound field creates bubbles in the interstitial and intracellular fluids which gradually grow and implode at a certain size. the energy in the form of heat (minor effect) and pressure wave (major effect) is released. As the membranes of fat cells do not have the structural capacity to withstand the vibrations, the effect of cavitation easily breaks them, whilst sparing the vascular, nervous and muscular tissue.

The cavitation treatment does not require any special treatment. The area to be treated is measured and then the treatment continues with slow movements of the applicator over the treatment area. This non invasive treatment ends with a circumference measurement. The treatment time varies depending on the area being treated and the desired results but on average 40 minutes is spent treating you. Six sessions at 2 weekly intervals are generally recommended to achieve a noticeable result.

Radio frequency treatments are recommended after cavitation to tighten and improve elasticity.
