Another more permanent alternative is a microdermabrasion. This is performed by a dermatologist; the top layer of skin is removed revealing a healthier layer of skin which should have no large pores.
There is a positive point to having large pores, they help to slow the ageing process as the oily skin prevents drying out and wrinkling.
