• I originally had BA with Harley Medical Group in 2004 and after feeling ill for a long time and noticing a change in my breast shape I contacted them for help. I got nowhere. At the end of December 2011 when the PIP scandal broke I became terrified and realised that this could quite possibly be the cause of my symptoms and unexplained illness. I was told by Harley medical that my implants were fine and they would help me no further unless I paid nearly £5000, my GP ssaid I was over reacting, the breast clinic that scanned me said they were perfect and I should leave well alone. My gut told me otherwise. After days of trawling the internet I stumbled acroos the Aurora Clinics website, I watched lots of videos and decided I would give them a call. From the moment Sally answered the phone I realised these people were kind, caring and understanding. I arranged to see Mr Richards within the next couple of weeks and I was overwhelmed by the difference in care that I had previously received from my original clinic. Mr Richards made me feel very at ease, answered all my questions and explained the differences between the implants and the benefits that his chosen one would have for me. I didn't feel rushed or like a nuisance anymore, someone actually understood how scared I was for once. I went home and decided that Mr Richards was going to do my replacement surgery. I had mt surgery on the 13th March 2012 and I am absolutely amazed at the results and the care I am receiving. Nothing is too much trouble! Mr Richards also corrected the scars from my previous BA which were bodged, he closed the huge gap so I now have a lovely cleavage and most importantly he took away my horrible pips and cleared out all the gel bleed. My scars are amazing, you wouldn't think they were only 4 weeks old, they look fantastic! I feel so much better and my confidence is booming again! I have recommended many others in this short space of time, three of them have now had there surgery too and like me are ecstatic with the results and care provided. Finding Mr Richards was the best thing I ever did and I can smile again now and put the past few traumatic years behind me. Thank you Mr Richards and thank you Aurora clinics!
