• I had a beak nose which runs in the family, I have always been very self Conscious about it. the problem is I come from a pakistani background and I knew that no matter how I tried to explain to my family that I was not trying to 'erase my heritage' from my face they would not like what I was doing. I talked my concerns through with Tony and he understood totally which to be honest i didn't think he would. I said I wanted to be less there. I went for my rhinoplasty at the saxon clinic and when I came through i was really pleased with the results even with all the brusing I could see the improvements straightaway, what he had done was made me look like a preetier version of me and the funniest thing is my father who i didn't tell didn't know anything had changed (on my face!) for about 6 months until my sister grassed me up cos she wanted them to pay for her to have a nosejob with Tony!
