• I cannot rate Mr Fatah high enough, I had received PIP implants from a well known Cosmetic Surgery firm and had received no support guidance or help from them at all. I knew I needed to get them changed ASAP but could not afford the prices a lot of places were charging. Mr Fath and his team at the Westbourne Centre in Birmingham felt so strongly about how wrong the PIP situation was they put together a package for PIP woman that was nearly half the price of other places. At first I was apprehensive the op was to be done under with Local and Sedation but all my fears and concerns were put to rest at consultation. From the first phone call to the Westbourne Centre I knew I had picked a company that really cared. The operation was a breeze, sedation was an amazing feeling and to be able to eat 20 minutes after with no light headiness was surreal. I left the clinic 2 hours after the op and recovered in my own bed. The results were so much better than before and I was a happy lady. 4.5 weeks Post Op I developed an infection in my left breast, I rang the clinic at 2pm Saturday and Mr Fatah insisted I met him there at 6.30 that night. He re-operated there and then and got my problem sorted, even coming straight from the golf course (bless him). I can honestly say Mr Fatah genuinely cares about his patients; his only aim is to give them the best results possible. The nursing staff are so caring and are there for you at the end of the phone day and night, the reception staff do all they can to help and the patient co-ordinator, well nothing is too much trouble not forgetting the Theatre staff they are very professional and pleasing on the eye ;). If you are looking for a surgeon that will not leave you at the back door once they have your money, someone you can trust to do the right thing by you and give you fantastic results Mr Fazal Fatah is the one for you. I promise you will not be disappointed.
