“BRCA1 Lady”
I was referred to Mr Banerjee by the Genetics Team at St Georges Hospital, Tooting, London, after discovering that I am a BRCA1 lady. I instantly liked Mr Banjeree. He has an excellent manner and put me instantly at ease. Mr Banerjee over many appointments explained to me in great detail the options that I had for reconstruction surgery, showing me many photographs and drawing diagrams of how the surgery would be done. I underwent my mastectomy and reconstruction surgery at St Georges Hospital under Mr Banjeree. My stay in hospital was 5 days and from the moment I arrived until the moment I left I received first class professional care. Mr Banjeree was available to me 24/7 either in person or on the telephone and he kept in constant touch with the Ward to monitor my progress. He is greatly admired and respected by the hospital staff. My reconstructed breasts are amazing, the shape and size perfect and scarring is of the minimal. I cannot believe how natural my breasts look as well. I would highly recommend Mr Banerjee to anybody who is considering breast surgery for whatever reason. I cannot thank Mr Banerjee enough and feel very very lucky that he was my surgeon.

I initially went to see Dr Banerjee at St Anthony's hospital as I found two lumps in my breast. I was very upset and he assured me that they were fine and nothing to worry about, which thankfully was the case.
That was when I decided to have the breast lift. My breasts had drooped tremendously due to weight loss several years back when I was in my early twenties. I'd lost over five stone and it showed in my breasts area only. At 28 I just wanted to look and feel sexy, and for my breasts to compliment the rest of my toned body.
I'd thought about the operation since I was 21, but I was too scared to go ahead, mainly because I didn't want to have my breasts examined for fear they'd find something...I'm a little paranoid about my health.
However after I got the all clear, and met Dr Banerjee I felt safe in his arms. He showed me his previous procedures and made me very aware of the risks that could've taken place.
I can honestly say that he has changed my life, the way I shop! As well my thoughts on my body. My breasts look absolutely amazing and because I'm naturally an E cup they looked fake (in a good way) after the op. My friends and family couldn't believe the difference and 7 months later I still can't believe they're mine!
I didn't want to lose the natural size as it suits my frame, and now the swelling has gone down they just look perfect. Better than any I've actually seen online.
