The Epsom Skin Clinic

Dr. Paul Steventon MBBS MRCGP DCH DRCOG DPD Cert.Av.Med. FP(Cert.) FRSM Qualified in 1977 at The Middlesex Hospital in London. In 1977 he gained Batchelor of Science Degrees in Medicine and Surgery, followed by Postgraduate Diplomas in Gynaecology and Paediatrics, and Certificates in Family Planning and Aviation Medicine. In 1984 he gained Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners. In 1985 he moved to the Epsom area, where he became established as a family doctor. Dr. Steventon is known for a kind and sympathetic approach to solving his patient's problems, and is widely liked and respected by them. During his time in Epsom, he spent some years developing his skills in skin surgery, and currently carries out his own operating sessions at the Epsom Day Surgery Unit. Dr Steventon's fascination with the diagnosis and effective treatment of skin problems led him some years ago to undertake specialist postgraduate training in Dermatology. In 2004 he was awarded the Diploma in Practical Dermatology from the University of Cardiff Medical School, and became recognised as a GPwSI (Dermatology) currently working closely with local Consultant Dermatologists. Dr. Steventon's considerable experience, operative skills and academic qualifications make him well suited to be the Medical Director of the Epsom Skin Clinic, where he successfully combines the friendly attitude gained from his GP work with significant specialist skill and training in Dermatology.
