“Hap is THE man”
I feel I must write to thanks Hap and his team for the excellent care and treatment I received at the surgery. My appearance has totally changed! and I am not afraid to smile any more. His attention to detail and patience is second to none, I only wish I did this years ago. I can't thank him enough, and I am sure most will never understand why I would go as far as to say he has changed my life.

I am writing this review to thank Hap Gill and his team at smile studio, Richmond for all the hard work undertaken on my implant. hap has very successfully carried out an implant of an upper front tooth. This was a long procedure that took in total about 10 months from start to end. The previous 15 year old implant had always been 'temporary' and over the years it had become loose and was certainly not looking good. The procedure Hap carried out included removing the previous implant, the preparation of the area including managing the restoration of the area using a bone graft, the implant and the final fitting of the tooth. Hap successfully managed the whole process from end to end including arranging for the bone graft using a specialised surgeon. Hap was excellent from the very first meeting to the final check up. the information provided at the beginning to explain the process was invaluable in both letting me know the steps and what I needed to do as part of the process. Hap was always very clear on how long each step would take and what would happen at every stage. The process took along time, due to the work involved, and Hap was always available to both check and give reassurance that every thing was going according to plan. Haps approach of confirming everything is exactly as it should be always gave me a sense that everything was going to plan and the procedure was correct. I was also always impressed by the quality of the dental/medical equipment used throughout the procedure and how comfortable hap was in using it. Hap's team worked closely with him and it always felt any visit was well managed and professional. My implant now just feels 'part of me' and the time taken was certainly worthwhile. I would and already have, recommend Hap and his team. The quality of work and his professional approach has shown me the real difference an expert can make.

I read about Dr Gill in the Healthy Magazine and had been wanting to try a new dentist for some time. I was very impressed by the article and decided to book a consultation and examination with Dr Gill straight away. I found Dr Gill and his team to be highly professional but at the same time relaxed and friendly. I have had two routine examinations following by a clean and recently, having chipped a front tooth, decided to have my teeth whitened. I am absolutely delighted with the end result, some of my teeth needed new composites put on along with the repair to the chipped tooth. I am very happy with my whiter smile which has given me much more confidence, the team at smile studio really know how to look after their patients and I will be telling everybody about them!
